Position Summary The Operations Associate supports daily machine operations at CVG Airport. This role assists with stocking, cleaning, receiving, food preparation support, and maintaining overall machine readiness. This position works closely with the Airport Operations Manager to ensure machines stay operational, stocked, and compliant with food safety procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Machine Stocking & Support • Stock machines according to instructions and par levels • Refill products during shifts as needed • Verify correct product placement • Report machine issues immediately

Product Prep & Inventory Support • Assist with product pull and thaw plans • Help with labeling and product rotation • Follow FIFO procedures • Help organize storage and prep areas

Cleaning & Food Safety • Clean machines and surrounding areas • Complete cleaning checklists/forms • Remove expired products when identified • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Receiving Support • Assist with deliveries when scheduled • Verify product quantity and condition • Help organize inventory storage

Machine Troubleshooting Support • Perform basic machine resets and simple troubleshooting • Report larger machine problems to management

QUALIFICATIONS • Food service, vending, or warehouse experience preferred • Reliable and detail-oriented • Ability to follow procedures and work independently • Strong teamwork attitude

Physical Requirements • Lift up to 40 lbs • Stand and walk for extended periods • Push carts and transport inventory safely
