Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of vending kiosk management within an airport environment. This pivotal role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in food establishment maintenance and logistics. This role ensures kiosks are stocked, clean, and functioning properly while maintaining strong food safety standards. The manager coordinates staff, manages inventory, receives deliveries, and ensures smooth operational workflows.

Main Responsibilities

Daily Operations Oversight • Oversee daily airport vending operations • Coordinate schedules for part-time support staff • Monitor machine inventory, alerts, and operational status • Ensure machines remain clean, stocked, and customer-ready • Review sales trends and identify fast/slow-moving products • Communicate operational updates to management

Inventory & Product Management • Create daily thaw and pull plans • Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation • Monitor inventory levels in machines and storage • Place product orders • Maintain machine par levels • Minimize expired and wasted product

Machine Operations • Stock machines according to planograms and par levels • Refill machines throughout the day as needed • Verify inventory updates in system applications • Confirm pricing and product placement accuracy

Qualifications • Experience in vending, food service, logistics, or operations preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently • Basic technical troubleshooting ability • Understanding of food safety standards

Physical Requirements • Lift up to 40 lbs • Stand and walk for extended periods • Push carts and move inventory safely
